At Dermaka, we're committed to getting your skin care products to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Free standard shipping is included on all retail orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress every step of the way.

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of every Dermaka product. If you need to make a return, we accept returns of unopened, non-expired products in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@dermaka.com. We'll be happy to assist you with the return process and answer any questions you may have.
